Dima, are you pro Ukrainian? Please address this. It's important for your viewers to know since they come to you for impartial information. We know Alex is pro-Russian. Are you being funded by anybody? Is your mapping platform secure from infiltration from Ukrainan/Russian trolls? These are important questions before I sign up for a membership.
"They ordered them not to show any advances of Russian federation". It's information like this that makes me think you're not pro Ukrainian. But on the other hand, it shows the lengths Ukraine will go to in order to paint it's narrative. All 2014 Ukrainian fortresses have fallen. Russian troops advance , take their time to secure flanks, consolidate, rotate troops, and then resume their operations again. On the other hand, Ukrainian troops can't rotate. Once Ukrainian troops are deployed, they are there for keeps!

Don't really know about Zelensky (haven't paid much attention to his face lately, other than he seems to me he's grown a bit fatter) - but what struck me the most was Syrskyi's face from some of the photographs from articles of interviews. He seems really _weary,_ and I dare say, hopeless - I get the feeling it's only his sense of duty that makes him go on despite the situation.

MILITARY TUBE TODAY - The Russian military swept away the Ukrainian drone at its launch site before it could even carry out its task in a place on the Kharkov direction. The Russian Defense Ministry released footage on September 5, 2024, showing soldiers of the Sever Group of Forces of the Russian Northern Group observing the activity of kamikaze drone operators during reconnaissance operations near a settlement in the region, and foreshadowing bad days for the Ukrainian UAV team's positions! It is worth noting! The attack by the Kiev regime's armed formations in the Kursk region did not affect the pace of advancement of the Sever Group of Forces' task area in Kharkov. Their work will continue until the denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine are confirmed to be finished.
The artillery of the Sever Group of Forces continues to conduct attacks on their enemy. Further, data on the position of targets at the tree line is transmitted to the artillery crew for further firing. The crew of the Giatsint-B towed artillery is engaged in counter-battery warfare, inflicting fire damage on the enemy drone's hardware and personnel. The real-time objective control footage obtained by the unmanned aerial vehicle made it possible to confirm that the UAV launch site was hit at several points. The Ukrainian drone team did not reappear after a short period of artillery fire.
On the same day in the same direction, the soldiers of the Sever Group of Forces decided to inflict damage on the Ukrainian armor. During reconnaissance, they discovered the movement of one tank, which took a closed firing position prepared for the “advance”. After analyzing the information obtained, the “Lancet” ammunition took over for the task. As a result of the direct hit of the Lancet, the Ukrainian tank was destroyed by fire. And, this is what happened every day on the battlefield, in Kharkov and throughout the front line.

You said, US and NATO not allowed UA to hit RU with long range weapons. UA would do that with pernission or not. This is only confirmation that long range weapns is direcrly fired by NATO officers.
I also have a strong suspicion that F-16 are flown by NATO pilots. Did they really manage to train ukrainian pilots to an acceptable standard? How good are they? Good enough to face russian pilots in SU-35?? That would be a sight to behold! Or are they not allowed to face the russians in air to air combat, in fear of bad press when they loose?
@@torkilvold3855 for period of two years any person with above average IQ and good will is perfectly cabable to learn how to operate F16 for most missions. If they dont have pilots now they will have them in 6 months ifvtraining started 1y ago. The long range weapons is copletly different page. Prepering, programing, arming, and lounching, request acces to satelite systems, awacs systems, enrypted communications of NATO in short, confidential NATO infrastructure to make a hit. Without that any LR system is jus dummy MLRS.
Programmed by NATO, the NATO personnel have the codes to input the target information.
@@miluntube yes, it makes sense that NATO is helping or maybe entirely operating things like the HIMARS.
However; It's one thing to train a pilot to be able to take off, land, fly the plane, and use the weapons, it's another thing to be proficient. That takes time. It's one thing to use the F-16 to drop bombs on ground targets and shoot down missiles and drones, it's another thing to get in to a dogfight with a superior russian jet and a proficient adversary.
They have the first planes now, and the first pilots started training 1 year ago, and graduated in may of this year. It's hard to say what this means in practical terms. The number of ukrainian pilots graduated is unknown, and so is their proficiency, but I doubt they have enough to man all the F-16's they are promised to recieve. I think NATO personell, perhaps retired pilots, must fill the gaps.Ukraine is promised many planes in the coming years.
I guess we will know soon enough. But my guess is that the F-16 will only be used defensively, and is not going to engage the russian jets, at least at first. Partly because there are too few of them as of now, and I belive the ukrainian pilots lack proficiency. But if we start seeing more offensive use of these planes in larger numbers and larger operations, and air to air combat, I would be very suspicious.

The Ukrainian Army has proven its ability. Its ability to invade into Russian territory, using forest tracks instead of main routes to avoid contact, in an area not defended by combat troops, only border guards and territorial defence units.
Zelensky has proven that he is capable of accelerating the demilitarisation of Ukraine by 20%, losing more than 10,400 UA troops plus 794 armoured vehicles in the Kursk area alone!
Combined with the more than 60,000 troops the UA is losing each month in the SMO, 16,215 this week, 'it should all be over by Xmas'!
The only Russian soil UA troops will be taking is what is on the soles of their boots - in their body-bags!

It seems to me that the Russians juggle the battlefield quite well. The Ukrainians brought (brought back from Kursk) reinforcements and began to defend Pokrovsk (which is actually already losing its importance because it can hardly be the main logistical hub while it is being bombed).
The Russians (so it seems to me) instead of attacking Pokrovsk, stopped there and attacked in places such as the river Oskol (Pivnichne) in the north-west near Kupjansk and Siversk (Verhinekamiansk), then south of Pokrovsk near Kurakhovo (command center for that area) and further south-west near Vuhledar.
As Kenrik2015 wrote “If he sends reinforcements everywhere, he will everywhere be weak.” - Sun Tzu, the Ukrainians have concentrated near Pokrovsk, and the Russians are striking in other places and beating lightly near Pokrovsk, so that the Ukrainians don't think to move to other places.
I agree, this is what Russia has done the whole war. They constantly push in different directions to find weak spots in the Ukrainian defence. And when Russia breaks through and start advancing in one direction, Ukraine normally send reinforcements there. So then Russia stop, and start moving in another section of the frontline. Probably the Pokrovsk direction is closed for now, so Russia decides to focus on Vuhledar or Kupiyansk instead.
Kyiv Post stated the Russians were losing too many troops outside Pokrovsk so they had to stop attacking.
It would be nice if we could get unbiased casualty and battle reports.

How do you know if Russia is not taking a regrouping break? If they push too far too fast, they might leave the back, not fully protected. Imo this is not Ukraine stopping Russian advance, but Russia is taking a break.

Given how in-tune Syrsky is to optics, I have to imagine he would have preferred to be shouting and waving his arms because the Europeans might have caved to an urgent display of panic instead of "we totally stopped the russians in front of Pokrovsk, now give us guns and we will win", when even the Euros admit that's a dumb idea. Using victory to convince the EU to send more weapons didn't work, so screaming about defeat might have, who knows. Point is, it could be that Russia held off and regrouped so Syrsky couldnt press the panic button, but then, I don't know if they're even paying that much attention to NATO meetings. The troops probably just got an order to consolidate and reinforce, but the generals are the ones who would be in a position to base their decisions on what's happening in Brussels.
I guess Russia wants Nato to commit more weapons so they can demilitarize them faster...

Ukraine has 2 armies. First are trench fillers (taken from the streets) that don't have any kind of weapon support and second are mechanized brigades that get all the weapons. Everyone calls those mechanized brigades "elite units". They look elite because they use combined arms tactics (as they have weapons they need) plus they have far more xp as they participated in many operations and trained by NATO (trench fillers have 3 day course of something). Mercenaries are not the same as "NATO advisers" or PMCs. All 3 types are used in Ukraine. Russia uses PMCs and mercenaries. From the start of human ages, there were mercenaries so it's nothing new. But it did develop in several branches. You should explore the army of UAE how far things go.
