Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S.

Yes they do, but I recommend the swim up rooms fully wheelchair accessible and no wait for elevator.
I thought there was a waterpark at this resort... am I wrong?
there are different Dreams resort. It might be another one.
There is a water park.
