The thing with all of eevees evolutions is that if you level them up too high without evolving them first, they'll miss a stab move they learn at like 15
@@Oshawaves In Platinum Vaporeon can't get water gun because you get the Eevee at too high of a level so it does naturally learn a water move until level 72 where it gets hydro pump
