Based of what I’ve seen, through the eyes visible at 3:20 and the reflection of the knife, I have a speculation that the prototypes face will be similar, if not the gas mask, and as we have seen recently at the statue catnap stood up at during chapter 3, I think its body will be structurally designed by the small smiling critters and the toys that we have seen die in recent chapters.
