The end scene of this movie was so good it was like it was taken from another film
What is good about this movie? Other than Arnold acting, everything is wrong about this movie being really bad. Storyline failed, John Connor actor doesn't suit to play this character. The vet gf is totally out of the line. The military and the robots, mini hunter killer are totally wrong

@@_Only_Zuul Yeah they were awful, their eyes kept revealing that the camera was there. Not very good actors. Also Arnold was to relaxed. Kristanna Loken did a good job tho

Underrated as fυck not as great &emblematic as the 2 Cameron masterpieces but not as bad as haters say,it's actually very good 8/10

I think i appreciate T3 more now than when it came out.
The ending scene of this movie where nuclear explosion world wide is the most used footage in today's generation ever, I've seen in every news especially the country dispute could possibly led to Nuclear war example
Too bad it was supposed to be missiles shot at Russia. From T2 "Skynet launches our missiles at the targets in Russia... Knowing that the counter attack will eliminate it's enemies over here"
It was just missing that Cameron style and perfectionism that made the first two perfect.
The only sequel to T2 that was actually good.

I actually liked Genisys but also the first three too, salvation was like "nah!", dark date was like "what the f#@$ were they thinking?"
This one revived my love for the franchise and in it's moment was the first movie in a while I watched twice in a day when I get the VHS.

What I loved the first time I saw T3: they got me with the plot twist.
I watched the movie as I saw T2: by thinking that it was about preventing the Judgment Day.
So, when I understood that the JD what about to happen, I was like "Holy shit!"
Okay movie, great ending. Best of the sequels after T2.
In this film Arnold changes his Terminator expression and looses the gravity of T2 for a more rather goofy impersonation (that might not have been right for the tone of the movie).
I like this movie. It would never match up to the first 2 but the final scene is really good.
It's mind boggling that people don't like this film because of a few cringe 2000s humor scenes like the Elton John glasses scene and the "Talk to the hand" scene

Nope .. T1 > T2 > T3 ( the rest trash and unwatchable and not terminator arnold movies ) salvation was a call of duty type movie with shit terminator models barely in the mix with a cgi Arnold . T3 was a repeat of the first two terminator and it gave the same vibes . Arnold terminator arrives back in time naked , gets the same clothes , a bike eventually and goes on about its mission etc etc . Way different vibes in the rest of the terminator films as Arnold’s was at his peak prime in t3 as young as he could closely get to his character before turning into old man Arnold in the other films that he was in for those terminator films as the rest he wasn’t in period wich can’t be a true terminator film without him actually being in it
The sunglasses he wore throughout the film were shocking!!! Would’ve been a great nod if he’d worn the original gargoyles sunglasses from T1

T3 was a big surprise world wide
I went to see T3 in cinema's (like the previous Terminator movies), and I liked the movie very much. It wasn't at the level of T2, (which is a masterpiece), and some jokes were very cringy. The actor who plays John Conner was bad casting as I did not see the John Conner character from T2 in his portrayal.
However, the action scenes were great, the new terminator was great, and Arnold played his terminator just as well as in T2. The sequence where Arnold shuts himself down while punching on the hood of the car, felt really emotional to me. Arnold actually did the "frozen" terminator himself and it wasn't an effect. Then seeing him rebooting himself was also awesome.
The ending was perfect. There was no hope.
That is where the Terminator franchise needed to stop.
I don't understand the hate towards T3, other than that it wasn't as good as T2. But how do you beat a masterpiece like that? T2 is still the best movie James Cameron made (Titanic was very popular, but was a simple love story with a stupid ending). Avatar 1 and 2 were visually impressive, but were n't good movies in terms of story and plot. The Abyss was his second best movie. And ofcourse the first Terminator fits in the top 3. So, I'm not sure that even James Cameron could have made a third Terminator that was better or on par with T2.

i wrote this movie off when she could control and steer vehicles that have hydraulic steering, and thus no electronics to control such steering, and air brakes, manual transmissions.. garbage nonsense. make it plausible at least.. if it was a tesla.. ok fine sure. might as well say she can control a skateboard and fire an ak47 on it remotely with no electronics then. it makes zero sense.

As a stand-alone film that you watch once in order to kill them and afterwards forget about it, it was okay.
But being a sequence of T2 which was almost perfect in every aspect, it was a huge disappointment.
I personally consider this movie along with the other movies after it to be non canon
If only the new actors could've been better, and having Cameron's attention to detail, this movie could've worked out.
Now it's a bunch of cheap comic.
The only good thing about this movie is the ending where SkyNet initiated war on humans.

Movie gets waaaaaaaaaaaaay to much hate. Good as the first 2? No. But if that’s your standard of a good movie, there aren’t many at all.
This just doesn't feel like a Terminator movie, i still can't put my finger on it why. Terminator Salvation and Genysys feels more like a Terminator movie than T3 and Dark Fate.
None of the Terminator films after T2 feel like Terminator films.
Everything is too brightly lit and it's not menesing enough.

T3 was terrible. Probably the biggest disappointment in film after how great T And T2 were. If Cameron had done it it would have been a great trilogy. Alas...

it could have been a great Terminator movie, too bad they skimped out out the simple practical makeup for ONE thing, but that one thing, it annoyed me for a major chunk movie time. It looked like they took some of the shelf 'Value Village' Halloween "scars" and painted the deepest parts with dollar store silver acrylic paint. Yes ther is much more, but I don't don't want to write up a TLDR of other things that have been covered a million times.
This film felt like a parody of T2. Also it just looks cheap imo.
T3 sucks cuz they didn't follow James Cameron's original film there was nothing funny about t1 and t2 so why make a comedy and mockery of part 3 and all the rest goes to show no matter how much money you have if you don't have a good writer story talent vision then you don't have nothing WORTH watching amen

It’s a great film. Obviously not as good as T2. That’s the best action film of all time.
This movie sucked on so many levels. The plot, the story, the needless cameos, the unrealistic physics defying special effects, the over the top scenes (crane chasing a pick-up truck and winning), unnecessary T&A scenes with the TX, the idiotic grossout blood licking orgasm scene, the John Connor being a whiny pussy, the Katherine picks up a sub machine gun and takes out an armed and armored killing machine, the fact that the machines look like plastic garbage versions of those shown in the future wars scenes from T1&2, the butchered over used "I'll be back" references, the ripping a minigun off a HK and using it as a working weapon, the BS hydrogen fuel cell explosion and use, the poor use if CGI looking worse than 1990, the John Connor getting taken out by a Veterinarian with zero training, the John Conner thinking he can stand up to a Terminator and beg for his life instead of running his ass off, the constant throwing of people rather than just ripping their heart out and those same people getting right back up... Its been a very long time since I saw this movie as its just so dumb, but I could go on and on. I certainly can pick apart a few scenes from T1&2 but only a handful, and none cringeworthy that mase the theatrical release.
And a real shame that every single Terminator to follow has used the T3 model rather than the T1&2 model of wbat makes a great Terminator movie.

The last Terminator was so cringey. Literally over 30 years of lore over john Conner being the savior of humanity, and hes killed at the beginning of the film, and then that Terminator sells drapes in a department store to find meaning and has a wife? So damn cringey.
This is horrible.
A very bad movie just like other Terminators that were made after Terminator 2.

Первая часть самая скучная и унылая. Первый фильм был более-менее хорош во времена VHS тогда это было в новинку, второй это классика не спорю, но третий самый лучший баланс между серьёзностью и долей так сказать комедийной составляющий. Пс. Можешь посмотреть генезис и все последующие, вот тут твои слова подойдут.
