Really looking forward for this commander, looks extremely cool to me! It's also super nice that you can go either tribes or a mix of the two, which I'll be going.
My dude!! This list is really awesome!! I especially love your lists for Ezio Auditore da Firenze and of course Edward Kenway. I am actually working on Ezio Auditore and Vaja next.
Selvala, Heart of the Wild is a great card for this deck. 1) You’re almost certainly not only going to have bigger bodies than your opponent(s), the nature of a +1/+1 counters deck is that you’ll keep exceedingly the power of your own previously most powerful creature, so you’re going to keep setting off Selvala’s card-draw trigger. 2) That “X mana in any combination of colors, where X is the power of your biggest creature?” That ability might as well have been engineered for a Tri-color deck like this.
@@PubStompMTG I kinda hate to go all Spike on everyone’s good time, but since someone already brought up Maskwood Nexus, I may as well point out all those juicy Triggers for Roaming Throne to double. It’s not like Voja needs the help, but there it is. If you want to class things up a bit, you could shoot for a win-con like Mayael’s Aria… No matter what I do, I have the WORST problems tearing myself away from Elves. Low-cost Tap for X Gigantic Streams of Mana effects are like meth to me.
@@Becvar80Not by default, but playing Elves like Jorega Warcaller, or Arwen, Bringer of Hope (for example) will directly result in ever bigger Elves ETB’ing. It was a sad day for me when the Treespeaker got crept out in most Elf-builds, but the Warcaller is still an Elfball MVP IMHO. If only Haldir had followed in his footsteps and copied those X +1/+1s around :( Setting of Selvala’s card-draw a lot would be a great, fairly achievable bonus, but I was more focused on the X Any Combination of Mana part as the primary reason to include Selvala. Apologies for leaving that unclear.
The single most excited card that has me wanting to brew. Tried making friend of wolves work but always felt like it was missing something! Amped for this one
I have been playing around with this commander. I am leaning towards a much lower curve and a haste enabler. Timber wolves, snarling wolf, fearless pup, tundra wolves, young wolf, ascendant packleader, are actually really good here. Lightning greaves, mass hysteria, goblin motivator, and concordant crossroads all allow for a quick payoff from the low costed wolves. I also have found that naya agro strategies can benefit from the 2 mana extra turn spells red offers. Often times 1 more turn will win the game before a wipe or interaction can disrupt it.
I love the multi combat aspect unfortunately you lack mana elves and run too few creatures in my opinion. This deck will have a though start against opponents
Already built a deck around this last night, gonna print out a proxy to give it a try, tried to keep the power level lower so my casual group can still play with it
Another good elf is selvala, heart of the wilds she helps with both card draw and any combination of colors for your mana pool she is a 1GG 2/3 elf scout
Hey man, love the tech. Appreciate that you put in some red elves, so cool! I'm just wondering if you think this would be fun to play. Im slightly worried it's too linear to be fun for a while, what's your take on this?
Yeah, that's a concern that I have had for a while with many recent commanders. Hype season usually happens for many of these, and some may not be as fun as you realize. I am more optimistic about this one because it has a focus on wolves. Plus, card draw usually leads to more fun games because you have more options on what to play. So good potential, I would say 👍
Yeah no they don’t count but Tovolar does help the deck out by providing more card draw for wolves. So I think it’s a great include for the deck in that respect.
This design is incredible. More colors for wolves outside of tovolar. Downside no werewolves. Upside is crazy with elves.
True💯
Drawing a card per wolf is def strong. Love the art too.
I agree! Very fun card
Goodbye Lathril, hello Voja!
I agree👌

Yeah me too! I want to build this in paper asap!

Thank you! Glad to help!

Oh yes, it's beautiful! I have her in the decklist on moxfield, but I forgot to mention her in here! Absolutely an auto inclue

Selvala card draw only happens if a creature enters bigger than everything else. That's not how Voja works.
@@shawnpanzegraf5642Throne even doubles Voja's Ward trigger.

Good ideas! I like your suggestions!
Got the deck to see?

I love this card. When WoTS came put, I was upset that Voja didn't get its own card. I'm glad to see she did.
Yeah and it's incredible
I absolutely love this Commander!
Me too!

Oh yeah she's in the deck. Just forgot to mention her
The mana is good, but it's rare your creatures will etb larger than everything else to trigger the card draw.
Wish this was in abzan to add some good elves in black colors. Aint going to complain too much though because this is amazing!
I think they kept it naya since wolves have a lot of support in red. But having something Garruk, cursed huntsman would have been awesome
Yes. Garruk would have been nice to add
I want to build this deck so badly
Me too my friend!
Whoa that was quick 🐺
😎👍
this card is actually insane for elves like they didnt have enough already 😂
Right?! No kidding🤣
Nice Deck Tech
Thanks!
Elfball seems more synergistic than wolves.

Akormas will and moonshaker cavalry would be great too
👌😎
Just came here to say “rhythm of the wild” … commander cant be countered and has haste 🤙🏽
Oh yes that is a must include!
Shapeshifter anyone
👌
Nice.
Double nice
A good card would be shield of the world soul. Gives voja +2 flying indestructible.
Good tech! Love it!
You mean Shield of the Oversoul?
Sadly one of the only good cards previewd from the set so far😢
"So far" still waiting for the Mole God
Finally an elf typal commander I like! Throwing in a few changelings and wolves too of course
Playtesting I can get a 100+ power board easily by turn 6 or 7 :)
Very nice! Ill have to playtest too!
I didnt think werewolves count as wolve do they?
They unfortunately dont count

Feed the Pack....
Busted commander
Absolutely
Just got Voja
Nice 🔥🔥
