I have same allergy as you Arjuna. Earlier it was less but now I sneeze & have runny nose frequently but been on medication (homeopathy) its working wonders 🤩
& also Please share about your meditation things more like process & all?
Doc asked me for steriod therapy (anti allergic) but it has adverse long term impacts so I went for homeopathy
Yes I sneezed almost 20 times while unboxing this, obviously edited it out but if I do Yoga & meditation then i go weeks without sneezing.
