Leblanc might lead Mel into a direction that ends up beneficial for the black rose without her knowing, now that she know what Mel can do.
The voice said "Sister" to Mel as a way of mocking the fact that she was using her brother as a puppet(Illusion). But the voice is probably not her real brother.

if it weren't for episode 6, this chapter would be the best. the whole fight scene between vi and vander, the family reunion, is just hits really hard
