Crazy how a song about a sausage roll brought me to tears 😭 I began crying before this beautiful collaboration even began because I saw the episode where you went to the pantry (cried then too), the day that sparked in you to do something more for your neighbors who are without basic needs during this uncertain and really rough year all around our world. You are setting amazing examples for your beautiful boys, your neighbors and friends across the pond that adore you. My family has had a rough year, like so many others, but I am going to dig deep and find a way to help our local pantry and our homeless. You guys are the best Rox and Mark, you have given me laughter and happy tears and brightened my spirits so much this year and given me hope that there are still some generous lovely people in this world, even with a pandemic and all the crazy we in the USA have experienced along with it. I'm so humbled to have been watching yall for yrs now and even lad baby and sons..... we need more people like you all in this world. In the USA.... I gave a homeless man/traveler a bag of goodies from my truck that was my emergency food just in case winter or car trouble came along. 4 bottled waters 6 protein bars 6 fruit snacks and a coke zero and lollipop. Its all I had... before he even saw what was in the bag, he was already telling me thank you..... as I drove off... in the rear view mirror he waved a bottled water thank you again... I waved back... I hope he is safe and prayers go to him from me....simple act of kindness goes miles and miles of gratitude. Wasnt much, but I felt I needed too... I passed him and then as I came back my normal routine of travel, I stopped.... but, I never drove that was on a Saturday... just Monday thru Friday.

😢 The jars of baby food really got to me... Babies are being born into poverty in a world of plenty - this just should not be happening. UK Government still just don’t seem to understand (or care) that for SO many people their wages or allowances aren’t enough to live on. Winter months bring further misery - hunger and cold. As a teacher, I see first hand parents who are desperate to be able to feed their own children - not always possible on zero hour contracts (should be outlawed) and when the Universal credit system makes people wait for five weeks to access any funds - a child would die of starvation in that time. Thank you food banks - the people who give up their time to facilitate these projects are unsung heroes. Thank you fellow citizens for contributing to food banks and thank you Ladbaby and Rox for shining a light on this cause. Hopefully one day we won’t need food banks - fair pay = opportunity and growth.

it was announced last Sunday that they ARE Christmas number 1 as that's the official chart day.

Yes it was their 3rd Christmas Number 1 on that chart and is a great accolade, but as Mark himself said on the video celebrating their 1 million subscribers, that's NOT the official Christmas Number 1. That will be announced today on BBC Radio 1 (the official Christmas Number 1 is always on the BBC). Fingers crossed they've done it.
