Hello from USA MAINE. Great suggestion for the patio. Id the broken grey stone. So nice with the gated entrance. Such a huge bathroom. Plenty of room for a walk in shower. Great house. Great price.
I really appreciate you giving precise locations. Super helpful when vetting properties from the USA. Your videos are my favorite. Thanks for all you do.
Hi mate. Just a bit of advice. My dad was a plumber and brother still is, so i've a very good idea of "plumbing" costs. I can assure you that to re-do the bathroom, incl new suite and tiles, + the plumber's labour/time, would cost you between 7-10k, and i'm basing this on labour costs in Abruzzo, which would be lower than in Toscana. Anyway, thanks & cheers!
Meh… assuming the water and waste water is solid, the fixtures are like $1000 for sink, toilet, bidet installed. Shower maybe $1000 for new pan and glass enclosure. Some tile money…. I don’t know. I said €5000…. You think €7000…. Seems pretty close. 🤷🏼♂️
@@BradsWorldif the pipes are 60 years old you should change them too. Mine have 40 years and are rusty and calcified. I will keep using them for a few years before a full renovation. Anyway- we are talking about a house for 50k which none of us has seen in person 😅.
Thanks Brad! Please show more homes outside of Lucca. I will be renting there soon, and may buy in a year or 2. I am a professional Interior Designer from the USA, and need a bathtub!😆
We are fine! Thanks for caring. She has been in US for 3 weeks... 😥. I've been BradsWorlding like there is no tomorrow! Couple neat long format videos on tonight! Thanks for watching, and caring, and being part of our lives!!! BRAD
Hey brad! Been following you now for about a year. Remember you once mentioned you don’t like when other people post listings with photos. I understand you are doing them now as an added bonus. I’m cool with that but agree that they’re less interesting or lacking of a really good feel for the places you’re showing. Is it also that business is booming and you’re trying to reach out to more people? Either way, I enjoy your content and keep it coming!!! 😀
Just wanted to try something new. Can’t get around to all of Italy, too expensive. Still doing 2 live tours a week on average. There are some neat homes out there that should be brought forward. And I’m still not a big fan of using listings to show properties. I just don’t think you get the full story, but that’s why I’m keeping these short and trying to explain the area as well as show the property. So far it’s been pretty well received.
@@BradsWorld thanks for the speedy reply. I took over one of my mom’s properties in Roccasecca. Been there 4 times in the last year. Just got back to New York last week. Definitely making headway and your videos have been both helpful and inspiring. The bureaucracy is absolutely insane!! I’m aware of it as I lived there growing up. The videos you posted of Roccasecca were obviously my favorites. I have more questions but I’ll reach out on your email at some point. Thanks again. 👍🏼
It’s 37 mins driving between Bagni di Lucca and Collodi. This house is half way between them. It’s like 20 mins away…. In my book that’s pretty close. Of course in Texas where I used to live your mailbox might have been 20 mins away! 🤠
There is but the photo was poop and I didn't put it in. It was about 15 sq meters and you can see it in the background of the photo of the dining room...
But I’m still doing two long format videos a week of properties I go to in person. This is just a bonus. But you gotta do what you gotta do. I’ll miss you. 😪

Seems like a good deal! How much do you think it would cost to add air conditioning?
Do Italians remodel windows with screens these days?
Some places have screens. Usually it’s a separate roll up kinda deal. I out them on one of my apts. About €150 for a big window.
Brad, how can I get more information on this home?
Ugh! Forgot to put the listing in description. Check back in 20 mins. I’ll add it now! 😬
Where do I sign LOL
❤
2nd one of these?? No more videos?
HUH? Don't know what you mean...
@@BradsWorld He is doing more long version videos. Just be patient lol
Listing has been removed.
Might have an offer!?!
@@BradsWorld That would be my first guess.
This is not even close to Bagni di Lucca. Hence the price tag. 😮

ridiculous
Wow, the town is lovely and I LOVE the kitchen. Omg I love that place! And it comes with a dungeon! My dream home!
