The hood fit and weight is very important, as with additional snaps, Velcro and drawstrings, if you don't want to constantly have that hood blowing back in the wind.
I love mine. Bought a 2nd to make a full tent and got the mesh inner as well. I use mine alot on overnight kayak fishing trips. Great for shade when sitting on sandbar. Smooth zippers. Packs up small. Thanks for the video.
Looks like a gimmick. If OneTigris wanted to make a cape poncho shelter they should have made an updated version of a Plush Palatka and by updated I mean in modern materials and slightly larger.

It does the job and I will use it because I like odd stuff but there are def better version of a poncho and of a shelter.
