Miki you are young and have the same kind of anxiety I did when I was young. 61 now and sometimes it still comes up but I would recommend using a CBD when you wake up first thing to calm you. It’s just a perfect calming. But don’t get the one that says for sleep. Because that really works. Just get the one for calming or pain relief. I don’t get one that has Delta eight because that will actually increase anxiety. But on the other hand that anxiety can sometimes be useful to motivate you if you are one that is lazy. But yeah that kind of panick anxiety is not good and after popping a CBD try meditation for 15-20 minutes. Good vibes to you! Also, I drink a HEMP energy drink that helps with zen ness Kona Gold!

I woke up like that when i was doing my masters and the assignments were piling up and deadlines approaching, to add to that i also had my other competitive exams approaching as well on the same month! I remember waking up with rapid heartbeats , suffocation , and i also felt like i was even vibrating lol 🥲. I can relate to you, cause i too thought it's because i had so many things to do and getting them done was always in my head that couldn't sleep some nights because of that pressure on the chest 🥲
