okay so somehow i've noticed that since i started this video my tongue just automatically goes to the roof of my mouth, like im not even forcing it. it feels uncomfortable when it's not at the top (in a mewing position). IT'S SO COOL THO LIKE I'M DOING IT ON MY OWN AND I DIDN'T EVEN DO IT ON PURPOSE EITHER but yeah my jawline is sloooowly getting defined, I'm watching it appear and i've been pretty insecure about my side profile but this has helped me
Results!! I used it for like 2 weeks along with the V shape sub and let me tell you… I LOOK SO GOOD. I was just looking at some pics from a few days ago that my bf took and no double chin, my jaw is so sharp even though I haven’t lost any weight and I was drinking and eating salt and normally I’d retain water in my face but you can’t even see that in the photos. Not to mention my underbite looks so much better and I feel like my maxilla has definitely moved forward because my face is not as flat as it used to. I’ll continue to listen to this because I want to improve my smile a bit more but I already love the results! All the best!!
