This is not clear instruction , you said go to event viewer check for error critical and warning after filter we see some below about the error, now u said open cmd you said type c drive windows system32 drivers and then where did you get the flt something you did not give us clear steps to fix it and where to find it
so i cant restore, or load into any safe mode.... was after installing realtek legacy hardware because my realtek hd audio manager wasnt showing up, when im certain realtek is compatible... any ideas... its a rather highend/mid range pc.

Turning off the laptop before it gets to the blue screen by long pressing the power button! This should take it there! Is it a laptop or a desktop?

Okay, try long pressing the power button as you laptop starts and do it couple time, and the third time leave it to boot normally and it should get into the advanced boot mode!

@@Windowslovers nvm i found the file code and compared it with my audio output driver codes and i deleted the driver so it reinstalled automatically and now blue screen is fixed thanks
