You can flip the front frame on the Stryker and place a 35 cooler on it as a seat which allows dry storage or room for drinks and food.

Great comparison man. I bought a Striker way back in spring of 2019 for $2499. That was a better deal than now. After using it for a season using a Scotty anchor mount, I bought 2 stern rails from NRS to upgrade the anchor situation. Way better!
I have since also added a frame (locally sourced t6061 non-anodized aluminum tubes instead of NRS) for only $370 vs the $750-800 it would have costed from NRS.
I still use it "frameless" for easy rivers and also when in lake or "pram" mode. It's light enough I can strap it to a bike trailer and walk it down to one of our better lakes that is a almost a 1/2 mile walk in. Pretty cool.
I use the frame on the faster rivers and find it performs much better. I also upgraded the oars to 7.5' Cataracts KBOs with Mini Cutthroat blades.
I can slide it in the back of my F150, even with a canopy on. I usually air down just a touch to make it easier to slide in. Looks like you had to air down quite a bit with the NRS.
What are you thoughts about the Slipstream's front seat? Seems like it's a bit close to the rower and that lean bar seems really close. Maybe it's just the pics. Would love to hear your input. Wish my Striker had that floor! That thing looks beefy. Thanks!

Hey! Thanks for watching!! Sounds like you have a sweet setup figured out with the striker. You’re right on airing down. The slipstream was a bit wider and I had to let more air out to get it in. As far as the front seat goes I like it. It is tight but not too tight. Felt like being in a cockpit and everything was the right amount of space. It was actually more stable and comfortable to fish from to me than the Striker. I didn’t find it to be an issue rowing either. All that being said, I am swapping it out for a new model called the Approach. I should have a walkthrough of it out soon, but it is similar in size to a Fly Craft. Fits in the truck better and is a bit longer so you actually feel less crowded. I did a comparison video and review for both of them as well. They will be out soon hopefully. I am behind releases lol.
