What a great video with nice insights and loaded with a ton of information.
It would be awesome if we had more videos like this breaking down different areas in metro port harcourt and where development is headed like Eliozu, SARS road, Peter Odilli, Igwuruta, etc.

For me, Old GRA takes the cake anytime.
    Good video and narration, though.

Both GRA were well planned,GRA 2 almost lost it because of the natives of some of the villages. A wonderful video Mr Nimi Macgregor knows the history and the city well.

Nice comparison between the two GRAs
Old GRA is like a mini Ikoyi
New GRA is like Ikeja GRA and Lekki phase 1 and VI without the corporate head offices.
An interesting place that I think would make a good video would be Peter Odili road (that's like a Lekki/Argungi appearance). Nice high end homes and shopping areas. Perhaps it may be named a GRA annex or something along those lines in future.
I believe, in the coming years, we will see more tall buildings join the NDDC office on eastern bypass which will give it a semblance of Bourdilon in Ikoyi.
Greater PHC areas such as where the stadium is will be really beautiful when fully developed.
