Jeffrey is such a great competitor. Very respectful and honest about himself and his competitors. I'd still love to see him race MX in the US. I hope the 84 has a great year in GPs!
That comes with age and the knowledge that he really doesn't have anything to prove anymore. 8-10 years ago he would rag on other riders and put them down, including Villopoto in 2015, even though Villopoto actually won a race during his short time in MXGP. I do hope Herlings can win a few more races before he hangs it up.
That's a very mature Herlings and just so relaxed. I wish him and his team an injury free season, without Jeffrey at the GPs it just never feels the same because when he turns it up ,it's just another level.
It's amazing how humble he has become. If he's healthy all year, i think he will have something for Jett Lawrence at the mxon. Hopefully we get to see that fight go down.
I guess when you face a lot of adversity through out your career it humbles you. He showed alot of respect to competitors in this interview. Younger Jeffery I didn't like so much but now he seems very humble, which I like. Hope he does well this season and stays injury free. The sport is better with him healthy.
He looks very fit, last time a saw jeffrey this fit was in 2018, lets hope he keeps it in one piece. I just love the fighting power this guy has, makes every race so watchable
He's still the best interview in the sport far and away. He just says whatever he's thinking I wish we were more honest and open like the GP dudes are.just sayin
The Bullet! My fave MX'r on the planet. Very humble- honestly I think he'd take Jett on a Euro track and no question Eli doesn't have what he had in the last couple years- he's also on the downside of a spectacular career. I super hope JH will race in the MXDN this year!
Tomac did show his old self last night, making up about 8 seconds on Jett the last half of the race before Jett crashed. And that is with passing riders for position and dealing with lapped riders. I hope he can keep it rolling for the rest of the year, and hopefully he will race MX too.
Hes looking so relaxed and young. Think he's found a way to turn theclock back. He's talking down a few things but we'll see what hes thinking like when the real stuff starts.
Damn, hearing Herlings talk about Jett like that is crazy. He's never doubted his speed against anyone, and he's even unsure if at his best he could beat Jett. That's quite the endorsement.
Jeffrey suerte en el mundial este año , eres el mejor piloto que he visto jamas .eres muy grande . Te seguiré otro año más y animaré desde España . 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙💪💪💪💪💪💪🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸
I’m glad he pointed out all these people saying he took Tomac down lol Tomac was just riding around but last night he came through the field if he had 4 laps he would have won. Jett is fast but he needs to be careful waking ET1 up 🆙 but I think that is a little late
Jett’s not faced a healthy tomac yet. Jett is more talented for sure. But, as tomac said it’s time to show the kids they are still just that. Just as they showed tomac when he first started in 450. Jett is the future. Also though, sexton was the future
@@joelmatthews5697 if you speak about talent only, and naturally gifts Ken is above jett definitely. Roczen won GP’s at 15 years old and his first world title at 17. Jett won his first title at 18. If you rank Jett above Roczen talent wise you haven’t follow the sport close enough, as Jett riding at 20 Roczen did at 15
@@Thjonsson1 he won one race at 15. Don’t spin it to multiple races. Jett won his first title at 18 and hasn’t lost one since. 20 years old with 5 titles and Ken’s 29 with 4. Pretty simple numbers.

wow Herlings has become humble! fantastic interview as always!

Great interview Jonathan. The Bullet never disappointed in interviews.
I love the honesty in this interview
This was literally the best Herlings interview I have ever seen. Like he showed his true self
Great chill interview. Jeff looks happy and well rested. I hope he’s gonna have a great year🔥
Great interview Jeffery being honest about Jett, would still like to see them both at Lommel with a fit Bullet.
One at Lommel and one at Fox Raceway.
Herlings will definitely win in Lommel
Jett wouldn't see which way he went at Lommel
@@joelmatthews5697Could you have picked a worse track for them to race against each other? Pala is genuinely garbage and uninteresting
@@RogerT-kt3zd Jett’s undefeated there. Can’t pick a Herlings track then a neutral track.
Good to see him enjoy riding again, definitely needed a rest after previous injuries 🔥

I love your honesty and how you comment on Jett. Biggest respect from me.
Jeffery Herlings really bring the sport of MX up to another level.
Jeffrey is a fantastic sportsman! Great respect!

Great bloke down to earth

Big respect to herlings, seems a totally different guy, so humble
Great interview!
Really great jef speak like this a true champion
Nice to see Herlings back on the bike, gutted I had to miss Hawkstone this year
Scary at times 😅 . A great rider and competitor , look forward to seeing more.
I would like do see the battle Herlings vs Lawrence.
He’s looking happier than he’s been in a long time: Thing about Jeffery is he always enjoys being around the kids:
Agree, he looks really happy
great interview, good questions
amazing.. followed his whole career and finally got to watch him ride and take some wins today, bullet is back :D
Such a good rider. Ive never seen anyone as good as him in his prime.
I appreciate modest, adult Jeffrey.
Love his straight up honesty
Herlings to 🇺🇸
imagine jefrey, jett and tomac all healthy and motivated squaring off in a motocros of nations. That for sure would be the most epic event in history
Really hope he takes back the crown this year and races Nations
Lets hope The Bullet doesn't get injured and we see a fit Herlings at the Des Nations at Matterley Basin UK.Jet v The Bullet.
Hes looking so relaxed and young. Think he's found a way to turn theclock back. He's talking down a few things but we'll see what hes thinking like when the real stuff starts.
He's a strong contender. The season isn't one moto, so take the Caroli approach and Herlings could well land it.
He needs to come to America with Prado next yr

The perfect year is jh and Eli winning championship
Such a cool dude JH
always riding dutch masters for his Holland and belgium fans
Win the world championship back to back then head to the US and win the AMA championship and retire. That would be bad ass !

Interview Gifting he doing pretty weel in 450
Coming soon 😄
Jeffrey’s being too nice here, watched his entire career from amateurs to now.
Jett is phenomenal. but he ain’t no Jeffrey Herlings
Why? Because Jett rides smooth and doesn’t look as fast. Malcom Stewart and Jason Anderson look faster than Jett but we know they’re not.
