its not like many other sports. Its sort of similar to soccer with players body control. More jumping than most other sports, you have to be fast (depending on your position) but stop on a dime and relly mainly on the court and shoe traction, no cleats no grass makes that pretty tough especially cause the average height in the nba is like 6 feet 5 inches
