I do feel Leonardo Jardim would be a good option for Fulham or Southampton. If they where to sack their managers it would be better do it now rather that wate until it's too late and two use the 2 week break to give him as much time as possible yo settel in.

Harry Cox that’s a good shout actually, especially now as his stock seems to have fallen at the minute so they’d have to get him soon before another club does and his stock rises again. I personally think that Slav will turn it round at Fulham as he is obviously a good manager, it just depends on how hard the players r willing to work. I think Jardim would be the perfect manager for Southampton and he could definitely help get the “Southampton Way” back at the club as he’s used to bringing through youth and selling players on and replacing them, unfortunately he didn’t do it aswell at Monaco this summer but he would definitely suit a club in the style of Southampton and I believe he would get them back to competing for/in Europe

Mark Schwarzer is an absolute joke of a pundit
When we (Villa) sacked Bruce he went on the debate and said he needed more time when he had 2 years with the best squad in the league failed while playing dreadful football
But Jokanovic got Fulham up without spending loads and loads of money and then he struggles in the prem with a completely new squad but apparently he has to go

They had a good start to the league what they need is pure discipline and a strong attitude

They cannot defend and every game they play a defender makes a basic mistake which leads to a goal conceded. Keep Jokanovic and get Big Sam in to help him in a defensive capacity and see how that goes. The 100 million that was spent was clearly not spent well.
