Funny that some of the paintings in the Manor were made by Francisco Goya ,Spanish painter during the 1700s to early 1800s , they were meant to be themes of insanity and superstition due to his hatred for the Spanish monarchy , the Ultraconservative culture of Spain and his fear of losing himself to insanity due to all the shit going on in his country
which is why all his paintings look so creepy and depressing
