Great summing up. Which ever way you look at it, the channel is showing a positive return of 21%. Discounting High Risk investments in other Financial Markets this is a respectable result. I remember placing a few bets on their and seeing your selections in the most backed. I just wanted to ask one question if you don't mind. Do you ever see a short price horse that you are very confident in but would not put on the channel because of the price. Also Non star horses how did they do stats wise? Hi Patrick, that’s for the comment, both great questions. Doing a Q&A is something I’ll definitely consider when I come to doing vids. 1) With short prices, I do see shorter prices that I think have value in, but for me it’s not so much about confidence, more about margin in the price. Off the channel, I do a few win bets on shorter prices, but it would make up less than 5% of my total outlay. Sometimes people suggest chucking in a small price with some of the big ones, but long term in negatively impacts my ROI. What I put on the channel are the selections I believe have the greatest margin between the price and what I think it should be. 2) Non-starred horses performed worse overall compared to starred ones, with the percentage of horses framing being considerably lower. So as much as the difference between 1 & 2 stars is minimal, the difference between starred and not is far greater.

I really enjoyed the rambles as for me it's like learning how to get the most from my bets. I find myself less disappointed if a longer price misses a place and more elated when you get a big price placed. I can't really explain it to well but it's a lot more enjoyable having two big price placing than having two smaller price winners.

Fcc - ive thoroughly enjoyed the highs and endured the lows over the last few years - I bought into your deconstructed L15s and super yankee staking plans but did tend not to do 4fold or 5fold and did ew doubles - my view was that the returns were slightly higher this way in the short term but would obviously miss out on the jackpot returns if 4 placed so long term you're staking plan peobably wins out?

Hi Charly, yes, sitting out the early part of year when it’s a bit quieter and more variable ground. Planning to be back for Cheltenham festival in March, with maybe a few odd days before.
Hi Sasha, good to hear from you, hope you’re keeping well. In the past on the channel I’ve talked about periods of time where if you backed blind on bigger odds, doing singles only you would be up, that’s not necessarily the case long term. On the video I talked about backing each-way 50/1+ was a sweet spot for the last 4 months, 82% ROI. below that mark was considerably less. Backing win only on my selections in the last 4 months, you would have lost overall, betting 20/1+ you would have lost badly, as it was a pretty baron spell for big price winners. Like I talked about in the video the bookies taking a higher percentage is really impacting the higher end of the market. For win only betting my selections in the last 4 months, the sweet spot was 9/1-20/1, that would have given a 26% ROI. Ridiculously, in the sample set, if you ignored all the horses at 14/1, that would have reason to 50%!. For perspective, I did have a 14/1 winner on the 1st January though, after I started the break in video making. Overall, I do the channel bets in the way I do because my firm belief is that longer term doing multiples gains a greater return. I’ve been experimenting myself all year with trying to match the ROI with different types of singles, but haven’t got near yet, but if you we’re doing it like that, using the exchanges is preferable. I’ve given you the longer answer, hope it was useful.
Peter fillingham that charges doesn't have as many followers subscribers n he charges 80 quid I'm trying to stop my friend using him so I'm going to introduce him to the channel hopefully you will get through too him save him 80 quid stake for not much if any returns nothing is guaranteed n we love that reverse the thinking don't be a sheep sort of thing hopefully he subscribes as how do you say narked off n I won't swear ❤😂
As far as I can see Frazer, all he’s paying for a bad tips, that lose long term. Just because someone charges for something, doesn’t make them any good at it.

Hi Sasha, good to hear from you, hope you’re keeping well.
In the past on the channel I’ve talked about periods of time where if you backed blind on bigger odds, doing singles only you would be up, that’s not necessarily the case long term.
On the video I talked about backing each-way 50/1+ was a sweet spot for the last 4 months, 82% ROI. below that mark was considerably less.
Backing win only on my selections in the last 4 months, you would have lost overall, betting 20/1+ you would have lost badly, as it was a pretty baron spell for big price winners. Like I talked about in the video the bookies taking a higher percentage is really impacting the higher end of the market.
For win only betting my selections in the last 4 months, the sweet spot was 9/1-20/1, that would have given a 26% ROI.
Ridiculously, in the sample set, if you ignored all the horses at 14/1, that would have reason to 50%!. For perspective, I did have a 14/1 winner on the 1st January though, after I started the break in video making.
Overall, I do the channel bets in the way I do because my firm belief is that longer term doing multiples gains a greater return.
I’ve been experimenting myself all year with trying to match the ROI with different types of singles, but haven’t got near yet, but if you we’re doing it like that, using the exchanges is preferable.

As far as I can see Frazer, all he’s paying for a bad tips, that lose long term. Just because someone charges for something, doesn’t make them any good at it.
