Bro, i sometimes play classic, too. It's just a vers different Game, and always fun to hunt some pirates. Also, the ion beames are way cheaper and stronger, nice.
Audacity has the audio filtering feature. It's a bit of a trick to get it to work, but you can isolate certain waveforms and have the software mute them. It works for coughs, mouse clicks, keyboard presses the lot. There's probably a more up-to-date way to do it but if Audacity is still around, that's what I used for a project a few years ago.
While you're taking care of the coughing sound, can you take care of the sound your mouse makes when you move it around as well? On the audio it sounds like someone is constantly tapping the microphone. Maybe mover it further from the mousepad or try to isolate it from your desk somehow.

Blade, you can use RTX Voice, that should do a pretty good job of cutting unwanted noises. You have to have an NVidia Graphics Card though.

Game lagging slightly for 3 seconds, better kick someone off the losing team lol
It wasn't just 'slightly' lagging, but I suppose maybe in the future I could kick equal amounts of players from either team to help balance somewhat.
