Decision by liberals on Ohio Supreme Court allows for warning shots to be fired in self-defense

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled Thursday that firing warning shots can be considered "self-defense," giving a win to gun rights advocates.

The political leanings of the judges shouldn't have anything to do with such a decision when it comes to the legal obligation of respecting our right to defend ourselves.
And, cities and townships shouldn't be allowed to press charges for discharging a firearm upon defending ourselves.

We dont want to make it to easy for victims to defend themself because it can open the door for criminals to take advantage of the law.
If that is the case then why do we have qualified immunity for police officers isnt that allowing bad officers to take advantage of the law?

The smart gun owners understand their responsibility and rights of having a firearm and when to use it in necessary situations to protect themselves and their loved ones from danger.
