  • Welcome to Ina Li's 15-minute morning qigong-meditation routine! I'm thrilled that you're embarking on this journey with me. Each day, we'll explore different qigong practices to help you start your day with energy, balance, and mindfulness. Below is a breakdown of our weekly routine:
    Day 1 + Day 4: Six Healing Sounds (Liu Zi Jue):
    Engage in movements and sounds that harmonize your internal organs and promote overall health.
    Day 2 + Day 5: Eight Brocades (Ba Duan Jin): Strengthen and stretch your body with this classic set of eight movements, improving physical fitness and mental clarity.
    Day 3 + Day 6: Da Wu: Enjoy graceful, dance-like movements that enhance flexibility and promote a free flow of energy throughout your body.
    Day 7: Standing Meditation (Zhan Zhuang): Experience the profound benefits of Zhan Zhuang, where you stand still like a post, fostering balance, inner peace, and vitality. As the ancient saying goes, "A thousand movements are not as effective as one stillness."
    This diverse routine is designed to help you feel rejuvenated and prepared to face the day with a balanced and centered mindset.
    Yes, this video comes without voice-over ;) This is intentional! Unlike guided qigong sessions, this allows you to truly be with yourself. Just you, the music (I often selects Malte Marten's handpan music for my sessions.) and your breath. Today, try to embrace this unique approach. I believe it will be a different kind of experience-when external noise is minimized, the internal often becomes more pronounced.

    I started doing Qi Gong over a year ago and have never felt a practice flow this beautifully! I have just started doing non talking videos and this was easy to follow!
    The beautiful music, the calm energy of the instructor and the way she transitioned between the postures was wonderful!
