Suggestion - for charcoal filter use 3d printed clips indside mesh to lower air leakage
Question - if i use this without charcoal as dust filter will this air be enough for pc cabinet to use?

@@rajkumarchaudhary4146 yes it will so you may have to but more powerful fan or increase the fan RPMs if its set to low
You want a silent fan and power as well.
One option=》 go with a big size. 6" / 8"
Try to use ac small cooler or exhaust fan. Use regular for speed control.

Sir use capacitor or inductor for sasta fan, don't know it will work or not
By installing double fans, one at the front and one at the back, the pressure on one side will be reduced and the pressure on the other side will be high, which will speed up the air flow.
I have double fans in push pull for this reason

Kiya hoga agar ma sasta 1000 rpm ka 4 fan laga du 2 push ka liya 2 pull ka liya
You can't put a fan on top of a fan . So it will not work. U will still get good airflow but not as much at 3000rpm . Push pull should allow good enough airflow for filtering
