Per-Erik Hallin is a Swedish pianist and singer who has participated as a contributing artist in a number of productions. In 1974, he played and sang together with Elvis Presley. In the legendary concert: "Elvis Recorded Live on Stage in Memphis", Recorded March 20th 1974, Per-Erik Hallin participated in the group Voice.He was also contributing artist in the album Elvis Presley "Good Times" 1974 and the album Elvis Presley " Promised Land" 1975, where Per-Erik Hallin plays the piano on several songs.

I knew Per Eric in the 1980s when I lived in Europe. We were both performing at some conferences and I grew to love his music and songwriting and just him as a person. I've missed his music and decided to try to find out what he's doing these days. We're all "old guys" in our 70s now, but I'm glad to see he's still playing music for the Lord. My favorite of his is "What a World it Would Be". It was a blessing to hear him again tonight as we all sit here in lockdown because of the Corona Virus. Lord, Help us. This was a breath of fresh air. The world needs this positive message that there is a better day coming for those who believe. Karen Lafferty

Nydelig konsert.
Who on earth is this man? He's amazing. I ran across him watching videos on drummers, which led me to look up my FB friend Bill Maxwell. Bill was playing with Per-Erik on stage, and now I'm here. He's wonderful.
Per-Erik is amazing. He did also play with Bill Maxwell and the other Koinoinia guys on video and LP back in 1982 and 1983.
Per-Erik is a legend that has played with Elvis Presley among a lot of other artists all over the world. He really brought the gospel to Sweden and has inspired generations of musicians and people in general with his many beautiful and ingenious songs. I am extremely grateful for what he taught me and many others not only music but attitude towards life and other people.

As some pure anecdotal facts I could add that his father Per Hallin was one of the most confident friends of my father and I cannot even exclude the possibility my own name was inspired by his.
Once in my teens I was trying to play an old gospel hymn "On the Jericho Road" that my father and mother sometimes sang together and my father said to me:
- No one could play that better than in the way it was written in the notes.
I hesitated for a while but then answered:
- Well, Per-Erik.
- Yes, he admitted, possibly Per-Erik, and of course he was right and I would correct him: Not only “possibly” but definitely!
