Here's an item idea I've been sitting on for a while, not sure about a name for it It's a passive item that drops after every hush victory that adjusts the void portal's chances of appearing. Something like It Lives is 25% to appear (if it's somehow managed), 50% for Cathedral/Sheol, and 100% for Chest, Dark Room, and Mega Satan. That way, you can always make it to the void after fighting Hush in your run
I went from about 300/600 achievements (Easy ones tbh) to now unlocking Mega Mush / 50 unlockables left on the tainted side and other misc until DEAD GOD thanks to YOUR VIDEOS. Thank you so much for all the tips and tricks over the how ever many days I've been watching you. You're my Northernlion

Ive been playing tainted cain a lot because its so fun not gonna lie, libra is an S tier tainted cain item, it gives you 6 of each pickup which is so nice because you dont have to spend your crafting materials to have utility, but range ups are SO EASY TO CRAFT. safety pin and moms pearls both just go so well with it, and are so easy to craft consistently
