    The before picture doesn't look like the same space. Not sure why it was included?
    Very cute update to the bathroom featured.

    I wanted to see how they attached the sink. I feel like that part was probably difficult. 😕 or at least pretty involved lol , i could be very wrong tho, never installed a sink before ~ this is SUPER cool ! 😎 I LOVE these ideas ! 💡

    Using MDF in an area where there is sure to be water content or high humidity is asking for trouble. Would never use it in a bathroom. The damage isn't fixable. Use real wood, and paint it.

      You can seal mdf so it is much more resistant but you are correct, pine or maple would be a better choice.

    If those before and after pictures are real.... then what is more interesting is how you moved the location of every single water hook up in that bathroom... lol

    I like the look. Just hard to justify all that work when you can walk into any big lot store and buy a really nice sink/vanity combo. Buy vs build needs to be thought thru carefully when talking about investing. Is the goal to make something unique and fun or to create functionality and value at a good cost...

    Did you secure the vanity to the wall or floor?
    Also, we just put brand new tile down in our bathroom and I'm worried about doing something like this because the legs might damage the tile

    When it comes to rentals, time is money. I need to be in and out as quickly as possible. My question is where is this being done ? Here in California, where I am, this would not be acceptable. To maximize my income I need to set my bar little higher than that.

    • @InvestorGirlBritt
      @InvestorGirlBritt 4 года назад +1

      The design is actually really popular right now. Last week saw the same pipe leg vanity put into a high end commercial build with concrete countertops and it was sharp too.
      Also, it seems the project didnt really take that long. I would prefer to rent a unit with the stylish bath than some ordinary dated vanity. Pride of a job well done is worth a dime or two these days I hear. And design also depends on the target market and materials available. Some have more time than money, or spare parts looking for a purpose.

    • @adolpholiverbush5867
      @adolpholiverbush5867 4 года назад +1

      In every other market that's not extremely flooded with people this is 100% acceptable and actually really nice. In Cali going all out gets more rent. Around here cheap but nice looking brings the same rent as highest end of high end.

    • @InvestorGirlBritt
      @InvestorGirlBritt 4 года назад +5

      Thank you, Appreciate that!! I’ll have to think Back ahhh I got the sink used for $25 and the counter was left over from another job. So just the cost of the “legs” and faucet. But for a 36” vanity I couldn’t find anything close to the cost i made it for.

    • @SneekySecrets

    Is this some type of joke? This isn't the same space, it's not even the same sink. If you switched out the sink you should have addressed it in your stupid video. What about plumbing? Absolutely useless.
