    Week 11 of the reverse diet is in the books! Now that I have reached my current bulk macros, the bulk phase will officially begin next week!
    📆 DATE: 9/22/24
    🔥 REVERSE DIET WEEKS IN: 11
    ⏳ WEEKS REMAINING: 0
    ⚖️MACROS: 210g Fat | 170g Protein | 26g Total Carbs | 2743 calories
    💪🏻 BODY FAT PERCENTAGE: 16.7% via Feelfit Scale
    🔥 WEIGHT: 165.5lbs
    🏋️ STRENGTH MARKERS: I had a very good week lifting!
    💦 CARDIO: 2 days at lv. 10 for 10 minutes on the stair master. There will be no more cardio during the bulk!
    🧂 ELECTROLYTES: 7,800 mg sodium/3,900 mg potassium.
    🩸 KETONES: ~0.1 ACEs via Biosense
    🍽️ THIS WEEK’S STAPLE FOODS: Pre-workout drink, Bell’s Brownie Batter Ketobrick, 1 Tbsp butter, 6 eggs, 4 egg whites, 2 Tbsp ghee, 9 3/4 oz. 85/15 ground beef, coffee and green tea.
    🧠 MINDSET TOWARDS IT ALL: I am really focused and dialed in on my workouts going forward. I am really looking forward to this bulk and putting on as much quality muscle mass going forward!
    📖 OTHER THOUGHTS: I have some ideas on how I am going to do this bulk over the next 4 years. Going to play around with different types of ketogenic diets (i.e. Mediterranean keto, animal based keto, etc.). I will also keep monitoring my lean muscle mass via DEXA Scans.
