Shi means death! (first sign) and the last 2 mean Butou, which is a sort of japanese "dance" (it looks pretty weird^^) = Shi no butou - The butou of death
"Chi" is "blood", as far as I know. And another reading for the word is "ketsu". I don't think "shi" is a reading of the word "blood". But I'm just an amateur :)
