Good morning,
I bought an intelliconnect box and I am not able to connect to intellicoinnect via the access point to connect it to my Wi-Fi network. I followed the steps in your guide, I placed the intelliconnect next to the router to ensure I have a good Wi-Fi signal. When I try to find the intelliconnect link via my iPhone it does not appear. I closed the IntelliConnect brake, restarted my router, restarted my iPhone, nothing worked. However, the green light on the intelliconnect flashes. The interliconnect antenna is well connected to the side. I have tried several times to close the breaker and reopen it and I am still not able to connect the intelliconnect to my Wi-Fi network. My Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz.
I would like your help to resolve the problem. Is it possible that the intelliconnect I purchased is defective?
