I felt the same way about the nylon bag. So happy Prada came out with a leather one with gold hardware! Still saving up for the fendi baguette but this is on my list now too!
I was so excited for this video! I absolutely LOVE that bag! I loved the first Re-edition but wasn't sure about to silver hardware. Their Nylon is pretty care free but I love the Saffiano Leather. I have another Prada in Saffiano and it's probably the most durable leather bag in my collection! I am so excited to see Prada making a come back right now!
Yes Prada's leather is top tier! I have the prada duet bucket bag in black leather and it's my FAV everyday bag at the moment. The leather is calf leather (soft, yet so durable)and the handle is saffiano.
I just can't get around with the nylon version of this bag no matter how much it hyped up, but this safiano version is so different... Loved your review! ❤️✨

I have the beige Nylon version and wore it for 2 months straight last winter.. love Saffiano leather too.. also you need to try the cross body way shorter under the chest it looks so much cooler

Hello! I actually DMd you on IG, but girl! I’m about to buy this bag but I’m having the biggest tug of war in choosing between the two! I fkn love the leather because it’s so elevated and it’s LEATHER, but it’s also 1000$ more than the nylon. What do you think? Should I spent 1900$ on the leather Prada? Will it hold its value? Or should I stick to spending that kinda of money on LV and just get the nylon Prada?
Sara Ahmad a little early to tell on resale value since the Saffiano version just came out but i think with any bag, and I’m not too familiar with how prada does on the resale market since this is my first one! But it is definitely leather over nylon for me.

I bought a Prada bag off Farfetch after watching your video (really amazing content!). Turns out, the strap was too short for my liking, so I returned it (with a tracking# from UPS). They canceled my return and didn't give me a refund!! Can you help? I've called them 5 times over 4 weeks. I noticed after doing some research this company has done this to other people too! I'm sorry to ask but I'm so frustrated and I know you as an influencer would have more pull than my consistent calling to no avail.

No just that thicker one but you can easily use another leather strap to use if that's a look you're going for
Alyssa! I received my bag today and ordered it directly from Prada. However, I noticed that the chains or actually none of any parts of the bag is wrapped in any type of paper for protection. I called and asked a Prada store and was told their shipments come directly from the warehouse. DID I GET SENT A RETURNED PRODUCT? 😭
Don’t tell me this :( I just ordered mine as it was out of stock yesterday I’m fearing it might be a returned item :(
@@ilyprima92 I’ve seen a few videos (unboxing of the bag) and they’re not at all the same! Some have theirs still wrapped and some aren’t. I was sent with two separate dust bag-one contains the bag with the shoulder strap already attached and the other contains the metal chain, again none of the metals or any parts of my bag was wrapped in any paper whatsoever 🤦🏻♀️
Does the chain scratch the leather when it moves?
No scratching, just makes that grazing sound lol.
