Straight facts!
Been playing this for straight 3 days on guitar. That breakdown just goes to show you don't need a shit ton of notes and weird off timings. Don't get me wrong I do like a lot of that stuff. Just simple, straight, in your face one note rhythm. How can you not bang your head to that?
Gojira plays in drop D as well and they sound really heavy and raw.

@@overtigo5d the main riff in intro and outro and throughout the song is so much fun to play, took a bit to figure out the little lick but once it's down its a blast to play
It really hits you in so many ways... those classic LoG tones, the back and forth pacing, the current events, and the way it all fits together with the visuals. It's really moving. The heart is happy :)
This reminds me of Walk With Me In Hell mixed with Still Echoes. Definitely has that classic LOG sound we all love!

Yes! Definitely something we haven’t heard in a while
I'm really intrigued by the clean singing parts that sound a lot like Sisters of Mercy (This Corrosion is a good example if you've never heard SoM). That kinda rolling vocal pattern fits the way he modulates his growls too which is great. Also it is cool hearing more of Randy's cleans since he's a classically trained singer as well as a legendary growler. Loving this stuff. Fun reaction - subbed. Album reactions sound fun. :)
A newer band that was heavily influenced by Lamb of God that you should check out is Jinjer. Who Is Gonna Be The One live shows off the growls - my first concert I was standing next to a stack of speakers and the low growling section of that song shook my whole body. Perennial at Wacken is an epic performance of a beautiful song that shows a good sample of everything they do, with a bit more focus on cleans. Or if you are already seen those, just search Jinjer on YT and pick the first thing listed that you haven't seen and you can be sure it will be something good. :) Cheers!

I remember the first time i listened to this, the bass drop scared the shit out of me. Now I've been watching other reactions on it to make sure i wasn't the only one lol. But I would definitely like to see a reaction of the whole album, for sure!

I love lamb of god and this song says it all, we hold in the palm of our hands our own personal destruction, by falling into the media holes and taking it at face value, the key is to shut it off and form your own opinion truly your own opinion and until we wake up this is the nightmare we must live in

dEMOTIONAL - What Have We Become
They’re a Swedish metalcore/melodic death metal band. Extremely underrated. Also, if you don’t mind full album reactions, could you react to I Drink My Coffee Alone’s album Skateelsya? It’s a German one-man electronic deathcore band. One guy does everything (drums, vocals, guitars, etc.), and it sounds amazing. The best combo of electronic and deathcore I’ve ever heard. It’s groovy as hell.

When it first started I thought I clicked on Tool's Right In Two by accident. Once It got hard I realized it was LOG. That was a pretty good way to introduce the world to your new release. In my opinion of course.

Im an old school headbanger and never really liked LOG. When I heard this song made me realize I been missing out. The drums are fc¥€n sick. It’s aggressive, heavy and vocals are not for pussies. My respects.

Have you tried some USB ground isolators? I can give you Amazon links if you want. They can fix the issue if your audio interface uses USB. They make them for RCA and 3.5mm connectors, too. They're all pretty cheap.

@@CarlosWadeMusic Here you go, brother. The things are essentially isolation transformers. The signal works based on magnetic inductance, I believe. No actual metal to metal contact for the signal path. Hence... NO BUZZ! Good for dirty wiring. (I have found these to be about 80% effective.) All this stuff is pretty cheap, too!
