Oscarella Outdoor Peekaboo-Whining Parrot

Oscarella doesn't like being outside. She views it as a punishment even though I tell her she's a good girl.
She is trying to talk quietly in this video as she gets covered for being too loud in the house and knows she has to be quieter to be uncovered. Since she seems to think she's being punished she is talking quietly for me.
The funny part is that she asked to go out by the front door.
She gets very whiney near the end.
