    Thanks so much for this logical tip. I am trying desperately to find a reason for my weak OHB. Have tried alot of advice but not this one yet. Will defenitely implement it!

    Good point...I find trying to coil my shoulder, racquet, get a stretch, when squared to the side, messes up my timing.

      Practice hitting the ball from a foot behind the baseline. That way you will have more time to set up and create good habits.

    Nice video! Are you using Vcore 98? Can you share your string and tension setup? I am using the vcore 98 2023 and never able to play the same level as blade V8 and pure strike. Feel clumsy, lack of control and depth and height on vcore 😢

    very good technique it works really well, pull the racket well behind with the free hand and place your feet well as you explain in your video
