No need to tell me, I'm aware of the infringement, A lot of people would usually do covers and remixes of these songs and I do the same no matter which artist it's from, Permission or not I'm still giving him credit by tagging him and also by saying I don't own these songs or videos Adym has specifically created, You can do either or "Tag the artist" "Permission first" or "both", It doesn't matter, He probably already knows we as content creators or small artists are inspired of his work and use that for the better, NOTE: This is an okay video to use and this cover of his hasn't been specifically uploaded on his channel so that wouldn't work plus he's covering a song of MJ so he can't use that Infringement if he's doing the cover remixes of songs or unless he wants to uploads them just like the Thriller video on his channel, that's why I'm always careful of those rules!

You're still doing copyright infringement. You can look under this on Google and/or the copyright page that talks about the rules The only way to use it without permission is fair use. There's guidelines for it to follow under: parody, nature of the work, the amount that is use, new/ political, and ect
