    So much gratitude for you Mark. It's been a pleasure to witness your soul growth and spiritual expansion since I found your podcast about 18 months ago. I am a firm believer in plant medicine and have worked w several other types but sincerely appreciate your insight on this mystical experience. Thank you also as always for your vulnerability to really share your story and truth with the work. You are a bright light in this world and I am grateful to have stumbled upon your work. ❤🙏🏻❤️

    March 1 I’m leaving for Peru for my first (4!) ayahuasca experience. I’ve been super anxious about it so thank you for sharing your journey. I know everyone’s experience is different but it’s still comforting to feel in community. Also kudos for making it thru! ❤

      @@markgroves Thank you, Mark 😊 Also thank you for introducing me to Sarah Baldwin via your channel. I’m signed up for her class on nervous system regulation that runs next week until just before I leave for Peru. Perfect timing to help quell my anxiety & be present for the plant journey!

      Of course! I believe I shared it in the episode? Warrior retreats with Branden Collingsworth. He’s amazing and a good friend!

    What a beautiful story and such a genuine way of telling it.. It definitely helps me with my process 💖
    I have a curiosity as I had my first experience with ayahuasca a few weeks ago: do you feel that you received only answers to your questions or Aya showed you more than what you asked for? I don't expect you to share everything, just asking as I got more than I expressed in my intentions - as some say "ayahuasca gives you what you need". Do you relate to that?

    • @markgroves
      @markgroves 6 месяцев назад

      Hey! I do relate to that... I had a direction I wanted it to go, and it went the direction it needed to go. I always think about how often we try to do things like this... to resist what life is trying to gift and direct us towards.
