Isaiah 45:18 tells us God did not create earth to be empty yet earth in Genesis 1:2 was "formless and empty". Also, Deutronomy 32:18 says "His works are perfect". Job 9 alluded to the destruction.

Let's deal with the basics: earth, first, since this is where we live. The original, and only, "gift of tongues", or "gift of languages", were ACTUAL LANGUAGES that actually existed in the earth. (Acts 2). If someone were to speak in tongues today, you would have to be able to connect it to a group of people in some region of the world; and representatives from that region would be "present". It would have to be Spanish, or English, or Greek, etc.: a "known" language. God is NOT the author of confusion. Humility and repentance would be needed to submit to the order that God had already established. What is being "heard" today, is NOT consistent with the "gift" that God gave in Acts 2.
You are not an Apostle. You do not fit the qualifications of an Apostle. The candidate was required to be someone who followed Jesus during his entire earthly ministry, beginning from Jesus’ baptism by John to Jesus’ ascension into heaven (Acts 1:21-22a). The candidate was required to have seen Jesus after His resurrection (Acts 1:22b). The candidate needed to have been appointed by the Lord Jesus himself (Acts 1:24-25). YOU sir, fit none of these.
