    You should definitely do more gun reviews. They're informative and interesting to those who may not understand the internal and external details of airsoft firearms, but wish to learn. Especially if you give certain factual information on the actual firearms.

    Unbelievable that someone still has the WE MSK ACR. This is the only 1:1 scale of the true ACR so i wouldnt sell it if i was you. Whats even better is that you switched the barrel. This could easily beat the 416, MCX, MK18, and CZ Bren 805 in terms of tactical CQB👍🏼

      Ah a fellow ACR enthusiast!! Firstly welcome to the channel. And yes this is easily the best built and accurately made ACR out there, I own another version from a different company and some of the features are either slightly different or just missing altogether. I also own a 416 and my own take on a short barreled M4 (similar to a Mk18) and this rifle dominates each of them with flying colors. This is my all time favorite rifle platform from the real steel world and having one in airsoft is equally awesome. I'm glad you were able to find this video and remind me that I am not alone on the Masada Hill 👊👊🔥

      @@lonewolfairsoft248 Yes sir I noticed that on the A&K version of the Masada the charging handle was in the wrong position, it did not have the bolt release, and rear sling mount. The handguard system just makes this look even more badass. Magpul really set the bar with this cause it was ahead of its time. It's sad that the program was canceled just like the XM8 due to cost.

      @@AnthonyGarcia-so2ek indeed, the Masada program had everything it needed to end the reign of the M4 line for the US military, Remington and Bushmaster just messed it up royally with the cost of the rifle and aftermarket items

      @@lonewolfairsoft248 The only short barrel I can find for this thing is labeled as a gas barrel. Do they use the same one? Don't want to pay $90 for a paperweight if it's not

    • @lonewolfairsoft248
      @lonewolfairsoft248  4 месяца назад

      @@kylebigus7317 unfortunately I can't say with absolute certainty that it would, if you mean the one from evike it has the gbbr barrel and hop chamber attached to it which for obvious reasons the aeg version does not, if the inner barrel and hop up can be completely removed from the outer barrel and the locking lugs are the same spec (which they should be) it would work for both in theory yes. I just don't know for sure if the gbbr hop up chamber would cause a fitment issue since it isn't the same shape as the aeg chamber

      @lonewolfairsoft248  2 месяца назад +1

      @@SpoopyTime firstly thanks for stopping by the video, I appreciate it, and I can tell you from first hand experience that the VFC scar nozzle for the polarstar f2 will work for the original hop unit yes, I used it for a number of months before swapping for the CNC unit and I will forewarn you, if you keep the original unit be prepared to adjust it often during use. The pressure from the f2 firing causes the hop to gradually move back up so it makes it a little tricky to nail down right where you want it. Doesn't create any issue with airseal or consistant air pressure just less convenient.

      @@G3X427 well yes the WE ACR is most commonly, especially here in the states GBBR, however this is one of WE AEG ACRs which I am one of two people that I know of that have one. They are not very common, but they have a version 2 gearbox and are very compatible with parts from the M4 and other ACR systems like A&K or PTS models.

    Did you have to modify anything to use the scar maxx hop up or does it just drop in?

    • @lonewolfairsoft248
      @lonewolfairsoft248  Год назад

      I did have to modify it slightly yes, the VFC Scar Unit from max is the exact same shape as the we msk stock hop-up the only difference is that the stability runners on the sides are 3/8 of an inch too long, I shortened them down with a little bit of Dremel work. It doesn't alter the interior or function of the unit any whatsoever it just takes off some of the outer material such that the unit fits snuggly in the chamber. I also took off the built in retention spring on the top of the unit as the msk has a retention spring already that goes around the inner barrel inside the chamber and having both causes problems seating the hop-up unit correctly.

    • @lonewolfairsoft248
      @lonewolfairsoft248  Год назад

      Also just worth noting, I don't know that the newer msks have this but mine has a black piece of metal that locks the nozzle and the lower together at the front of the lower receiver, if you're msk has that you'll need to Dremel that as well such that the hop-up dial and rotate fully around the nozzle 180 degrees, although they may not have those in the newer ones I can't say for sure.

    • @lonewolfairsoft248
      @lonewolfairsoft248  Год назад

      The barrel does feature 14mm negative/ counter clockwise threading which I believe, if I am understanding your question correctly, should work for you, as for the handguard up front, you can get them from evike.com the item number is 57638 , but be aware that if you have an A&K ACR the hardware is not the same so it will not fit, I can't say for sure if the PTS models will accept it or not but just be aware that the handguard is only meant for the WE MSK to my knowledge

      @@agresorxf suppressors in the world of airsoft are purely aesthetic, some of course will produce a different sound of the air leaving the barrel, but for the most part they simply add a certain look or they can be used to hide a longer inner barrel
