Hi please advise the success rate of clossed work visa, if Job offer letter and LMIA is already approved and verified with ircc, time it takes for work permit approval.
I have done a two year study HUMBER AND GBC. According to that 3 years of PGWP. So a I Got only a year visa because I missed adding one college documents. Valid till Oct 2024 And I reapplied got rejection yesterday. I’m eligible for 3 years work permit.
I applied for the visit visa with all the necessary part back in November and received refusal in January saying that we are not satisfied that you will leave the country
Defeats the whole purpose of being a digital nomad! Why would a nomad stick to a particular job in Canada? Canada should learn from other European countries those which do not have such silly restrictions!

Our paper file took 4 months to approved and if you are in Canada you can get a same day decision by going to border services agency.
With Digital nomad visa if any person get opportunity to work any Canadian employers then is LMIA required?

Show strong reasons to come back. Try to get sponsor letter from someone staying in Canada
Like bank balance, vacation letter, property
