Love how the "friends" are so willing to spend the couples money but not willing to help with any thing she really needs help with.
Saying that adults can't manage to get transportation to and from the airport is ridiculous. Most hotels offer shuttle service.

If he really wanted to go with a touristy idea. They should have put San Francisco post cards out at the tables that were stamped and have people fill out their names and addresses and sent them out as thank you cards. OR have them set out on the table and have guests write down their advice for a happy marriage and have them collected into a scrap book

there were quite a few gay and lesbian individuals that would vicariously live their weddings through other people prior to gay marriage being legalised. I feel these guys are in that box

I don't know when this episode aired but I have a feeling Eric and Jimmy never got their dream wedding at that time because they're gay so this was sort of their one chance to live through the other couple.

depends on the relationship you have with your parents and also where your parents are at financially. A lot of people are older when they marry now and ff the parents have already retired or something or still have a mortgage (which is also common in older people now) it might not be viable.
@bucktree Tim and Dominique broke the wedding planning is their parents suppose be there to meet with their planner they moved to SF in the west coast can they pick up the phone and call the parents and fly to San Francisco to meet the planner they are selfish have 2 men no experience as planners they are not professionals but they are right 1 thing florist do the flowers and floral arrangements wedding and reception

HOw much is acting? HOw much is encouraged by the production company? Because I would be worried about my reputation for employment and professionally. I understand they wanted a metro/cosmo look. Her dress was ridiculous. She should have been able to find a wonderful sheath dress and stick on a bow. The little peter pan or whatever collar on the dress looked silly. The hat could have been done inexpensively. a small hat with netting sewed on and add feathers, flowers and or a brooch. Money was not well s pent on this wedding.

The neighbours aren't true friends. They were so so negative and not helpful. So called friends I think. They had to be begged to be help. We don't do manual labour. They aren't models or royalty. We haven't seen or approved them. It's our wedding. It ain't yours!!!
this is the wedding they want. I think this was filmed before they could legally marry. I have seen people in that position and would go crazy about planning other people's weddings.

I truly hope that this is very scripted because no way am I going to to let friends have so much say with my wedding especially if they aren't trying to help keep the budget.
