Sorry but didn't understand your question. Just to answer you. Simulate of hardware analog input is not possible. You need to varry/change the input through watch/force table only
Its not about tia portal version. Which PLC you are using. It's only available for s7-300 and above s7-1500 series. Drag a empty box into logic and then type scale. For basic series PLC follow the video:- ruclips.net/video/k-ew5mxfKGo/видео.htmlsi=4i38W0yJQRoNrlHh

Which PLC you are using. If selected s7-1200 then. You will not find. You need to use the scale-x and norm-x. Same is mentioned in video

Because the motor only starts when tank level is low. If you want then you can add any interlock on this. This is just a demo logic. Hope you enjoyed
