I understand that Mr. Mack has done a number of upgrades to his setup over the years. For example, he started off using an Shure SM7B mic but has since started using a few different microphones. I've seen references to different cameras including a Cannon PowerShot G7X Mark III (~$700 and 4k/30) and a Sony Alpha A6400 Mirrorless (~$900 and 4k/30). As mentioned below by @EmoBandito, a lot of the quality also comes from the lens used and I'm not sure what Harry uses. The camera prices are current MSRP and for the camera body only.
It's not that people are offended by his quality but more like surprised, because most (cheap) webcams are usually around 480p or 720p; or most people join on their phones, some people just get surprised by how crisp Harry's DSLR is
