Well there are many evaluations not only angle to find correct mechanics …please watch my videos on biomechanics tests and other theories then u will have some idea for sure …meanwhile I am in process of launching resourceful website for explaining things

Sir throwing will be in which plane ..?
we throw objects we are using wrist, elbow and shoulder ...so wrist is moving forward so wrist is in sagittal plane, elbow too has forward is moving forward for throwing so sagittal plane and shoulder has to abduct first only then you can move elbow and wrist for throw so shoulder movement in frontal plane ...HOpe it is clear now
