Maybe you can put the extra bed on wheels and put it under the first bed during the day for more floor space? We call it a trundle bed here in Australia.I also don’t sort laundry all in together, never had any issues except towels I do on their own. I don’t have time to do that much laundry saves me time to toss them in together.

I’ve been on a roll decluttering junk drawers. so far I got a shopping bag full of trash, a small box full of toys, filled a shopping bag full of paper work that needs to still be sorted/shred. Then going to sort through the toys see what we keep or what we donate. We are on a declutter & minimalistic mission for 2022.

I do the same thing when I'm doing laundry I think it's so much easier to get your laundry done quicker that way and laundry go by faster when you sort them out I just finished up at 2 day of laundry I was so happy😂😂
