United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has convened a Summit on Climate Change on 22 September 2009 to focus Heads of State and Government on the need for urgent action on a global climate deal in Copenhagen this December. The Summit featured several innovative elements. Among them, all Heads of State and Government had the opportunity to send a video statement, like the one you're viewing now.
