Girl I feel ya on perimenopause I think I'm actually in full blown menopause. I have a doctor appointment next week to determine if that's the case or something else.

I hope everything goes well at the doctor appointment. ❤️
Our bodies start to go through so many changes in our 40s and there are so many new symptoms that it can feel really overwhelming. And the information out there about this topic is not that much and no one really prepares us for it.
Thank you so much for sharing. ❤️

I think I am in perimenopause, too. 🫣I'm 44, and I am just starting to learn about both perimenopause and menopause. I kinda got a feeling that I am in some perimenopause situation. It's mindblowing how little I knew about it - it was never talked about in school, nor has any of the doctors or gynecologists I've been to ever mentioned it to me. I am not sure, though, since there are so many overlapping (?) symptoms of depression and anxiety, etc. It might 'just' be that, or it might be perimenopause or a combination. After all, humans are complex. Our bodies are complex, and life is complex.
❤I love how you are open about it, and I really love that some doctors now (I just saw a doctor on RUclips talk about it, and it was so interesting!) are more open and interested in the topic. After all, it is an essential part of being a woman. 👩🏼❤🌼

I completely agree, the available information out there about this topic is minimal and no one I know really talked about it as I was growing up. It was almost like something women went through quietly. It should really be something that we start to learn about in school. I am glad that women are becoming more comfortable discussing it and sharing their experiences.
I also agree with you that our bodies are complex and with all the similarities between the symptoms it is hard to determine if in fact it is perimenopause or stress, or anxiety or something else.
I want to learn as much as I can about it and of course I will share whatever I learn. I think as women we should normalize talking about these topics and share our experiences because it is a natural part of aging. 🤗🥰
