Imitating a voice needs to first have a similar tone (like can reach the same notes they can at similar volumes or roughness/softness); and then understanding of their pronunciation (like if they slur words or if they have trouble saying certain words or if they say everything perfectly in their given accent); and also their speed (how fast or slow they sing, and if they have a certain singing style where maybe some parts they switch up the tempo, etc.).. and just keep singing along with their music to get the idea of their voice engraved in your brain :)

I always say it too. Rosé and Seohyun are so alike. They both came from a family of lawyers. They are both classy, elegant, intelligent, full of wisdom and multitalented. And they just have this very friendly and yet intimidating aura.
Her pre-debut voice was better. Her style of singing sounds like Park Bom these days. We're worried about her vocal cords would eventually give up because of YG's style. She sounds a bit like Rosé at start but gradually, she lost it although you can still say she's still imitating Rosé's voice (some moments she just literally sang in her real way of singing )... but it still sounds gpod in her own way lol, I like it when she singing How you like thaaat~ line.

@@sr_ian i thought she sounded close to rosé at certain parts, but her voice is pretty far from rosé's tbf. seohyun has a rich deep voice while rosé has this cool unique airy voice (is the best way i can describe?) ... while their voices don't sound close i thought she did the style of rosé's singing really well considering it's pretty different from her own

I always say it too. Rosé and Seohyun are so alike. They both came from a family of lawyers. They are both classy, elegant, intelligent, full of wisdom and multitalented. And they just have this very friendly and yet intimidating aura.

Her pre-debut voice was better. Her style of singing sounds like Park Bom these days. We're worried about her vocal cords would eventually give up because of YG's style. She doesn't have to experience what happened to Park Bom. They have unique and wonderful voices but to be honest, their singing style is damaging to their vocal cords.

This actually really highlights just how unique Rosé's voice is. It's not easy to imitate. Rosé just brings that extra Rosé-ness to it. She did excellent with Jisoo's part though.
