Around me shelled corn is going $ 19 per 100 lbs (highest I ever saw it) plus you get lower taxes on farmland. Seems like a win for both.
80 acres at $135 is $10k annually or monthly
In SE MN farmers are paying up to $250 an acre. I don't know how they can make money paying that high of rent. I get $150 for my tillable.

I rent out my 12 acres of crop land for one hundred dollars a month so 12 hundred per year. The crop that is planted is corn. It's been this cost for the past 15 years. Since my husband past away 5 years ago, I don't take any money in exchange he keeps me plowed out in the winter. Is your tillable 150.00 for one year?
@@sallyramaker1292 I have a question. I am looking for buy a farmland. Do farmers pay $100/ acre /month or /year?

@@sallyramaker1292 i am wondering the same thing, if you’re leasing $100 per month, wouldn’t that be more than 1200 a year?
