I attended Clark Atlanta University for my undergraduate degree which these loans were not forgiven but my graduate loans from University of Phoenix were all forgiven. Were you notified of being in the class action lawsuit Sweet Vs Cardona? Here is a good resource to read over that kept everyone updated with the case.
